Cash on Delivery Policy.

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers and seller partners, Culture Circle offers Partial Cash on Delivery on select products under the terms and conditions mentioned below. This policy outlines the specific terms governing our Cash on Delivery service, including eligibility criteria, payment structure, reservation procedures, and customer obligations. By choosing COD as a payment method, customers agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this policy. Culture Circle reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and continued use of our COD service constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.

• COD is available on qualifying products and pin codes as determined by our logistics partners. • COD is applicable on orders where customers pay a 30% advance payment to reserve the product. • The 30% advance payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed. Culture Circle reserves the right to determine product eligibility for COD based on various factors including but not limited to product value, availability, seller preferences, and logistics constraints. Not all products may be available for COD, and this availability may change without prior notice.

• To reserve limited edition products, customers must pay 30% of the order value at checkout. • This advance ensures product blocking, sourcing priority, and authentication routing. By making the advance payment, customers acknowledge that: • The advance payment secures their reservation for the selected product • This payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed • The advance payment covers authentication and sourcing costs • Failure to complete the advance payment within the specified timeframe may result in order cancellation

• The remaining 70% of the order value must be paid in cash to the delivery agent upon successful delivery of the order. • In case the customer is unavailable during delivery, a second attempt will be made. Failing which, additional re-shipping charges may apply. Payment Terms: • Only cash payments are accepted for the remaining balance • The delivery agent will provide a receipt for the cash payment • Customers must verify the product condition before making the final payment • Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery agent

• Orders will only be processed once the 30% advance has been successfully received and verified. • Culture Circle reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the advance payment is not completed within the required timeframe. Order Processing: • Advance payment verification typically takes 1-2 business days • Customers will receive confirmation via email and SMS once payment is verified • Orders are processed in the order of payment confirmation • Any delays in advance payment may affect product availability

• Customers cannot request a size exchange before paying the remaining 70% amount. • The remaining balance must be paid, the product must be accepted, and then a size exchange request can be raised with our customer support team (subject to eligibility and condition). Exchange Process: • Complete payment of the remaining 70% is mandatory before any exchange requests • Product must be accepted and in original condition • Exchange requests are subject to our standard exchange policy terms • Additional exchange fees may apply as per our exchange policy

• If a customer refuses to accept the order or returns the package to the delivery agent at their doorstep, the 30% advance payment will not be refunded. • Such behaviour may also lead to restrictions on future access to COD. Consequences of Refusal: • Advance payment forfeiture is non-negotiable • Customer account may be flagged for future COD restrictions • Repeated refusals may result in permanent COD ban • Customers are responsible for any additional logistics costs incurred

• COD service is subject to availability and may be discontinued without prior notice • Culture Circle reserves the right to modify COD terms at any time • Customers must provide valid identification at the time of delivery • Delivery agents are authorized to verify customer identity before handing over the product • Any disputes regarding COD transactions must be reported within 24 hours of delivery • This policy is governed by Indian laws and jurisdiction lies with Gurgaon courts
