Culture Circle is a curated marketplace that connects customers with premium fashion and lifestyle products from trusted third-party sellers. While we do not manufacture or directly sell the products listed on our platform, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory post-purchase experience for all our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be requested, the timelines involved, and the documentation required to initiate such claims. By placing an order through www.culture-circle.com, customers agree to the terms detailed in this Refund and Exchange Policy. As an intermediary, our role is to facilitate communication and resolution between the buyer and the seller in cases of eligible claims involving product damage, defects, or incorrect items. All refund and exchange requests are handled in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws and in alignment with our commitment to fairness, clarity, and prompt support.

Definitions: In this Policy, the following words and expressions shall bear the meaning assigned to them below: a) "Act" shall mean the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules. b) "Customer" – Any individual/entity placing an order on the official Culture Circle website or authorized channels. c) "Exchange" – Replacement for a different size or issuance of refund, subject to inspection and eligibility. d) "Return Request" – A formal request initiated within the timeline set in this Policy. e) "Reverse Shipping" – Return of the product by the customer at their own cost. f) "Eligible Product" – Unused, unwashed, undamaged product with original tags and packaging intact. g) "Non-Returnable Product" – Items excluded from exchange, including those notified as final sale, customized, or hygiene-sensitive. h) "GRO" – Grievance Redressal Officer, appointed under applicable rules. i) "Products" – Apparel, cultural merchandise, or any other items listed on the official website of Culture Circle.
Culture Circle recognizes that customers may occasionally require an exchange due to reasons such as size issues, receipt of a damaged product, or other legitimate concerns. To maintain fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, the following conditions and procedures govern the eligibility for exchange: i. Size Issues: If the product delivered does not fit, customers may request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. ii. Receipt of Damaged or Defective Product: If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers are eligible to request an exchange, provided the damage is reported in accordance with the timelines and procedures outlined herein. iii. Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received does not match the order placed (e.g., wrong item or colour), customers may initiate an exchange as per this Policy. To qualify for an exchange, the product must satisfy all of the following conditions: • The product must be unused, and free from stains, or any visible signs of tampering. • The product must be returned in secure, and in original condition to prevent any damage during transit. • Customers must initiate an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product. • Customers are required to provide clear evidence of the product's condition, including video of the product packaging and invoice, at the time of initiating the exchange request.
An exchange request shall not be permitted and will be summarily rejected under the following conditions: • Any product that exhibits visible signs of use, wear, application, or tampering including stains, shall be automatically disqualified from exchange. • Products must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed state with source packaging to qualify for exchange. • Products returned without the invoice/order confirmation accompanying the original purchase shall be deemed non-exchangeable. • Exchange requests that are not raised within the stipulated timeline as specified in this Policy, or where the approved product is not dispatched to Culture Circle within the prescribed period, will be considered invalid. • Products that are damaged due to improper handling, cutting, staining, exposure to chemicals, or any other form of damage attributable to the customer will not be accepted for exchange. ANY PRODUCT RECEIVED BY CULTURE CIRCLE THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN COST, AND REPLACEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED IN SUCH CASES.
A non-refundable exchange processing fee of ₹1000 shall be applicable for all size exchange requests, payable by the Customer at the time of initiating the exchange. In addition, the Customer shall bear any price difference, if applicable, between the originally purchased product and the newly requested size or item. Such price difference will be communicated prior to confirmation of the exchange. The exchange request shall be processed only upon successful payment of the exchange fee and any applicable price difference. CULTURE CIRCLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS AND ACCEPT OR REJECT EXCHANGE REQUESTS AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED GOODS AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE PRESCRIBED TIMELINE AND RETURN PROCEDURE.
STEP 1: Customer initiates exchange Email must be sent within 72 hours of delivery to Culture Circle's support address (customersupport@culture-circle.com). Must include: • Order number • Reason for exchange • Clear videos of product, original tags, packaging, and invoice. STEP 2: Review & Response The support team will review the details and respond with approval or rejection within 5 business days. Additional proof (e.g., unboxing video) may be requested. STEP 3: Return shipment Upon approval, the company will initiate the reverse pickup within 3 calendar days. Return must be: • Well-packaged • Ready in source packaging • Unwashed • Unused STEP 4: Receipt & Inspection Product is inspected for compliance with: • Original condition • Intact packaging and tags • Invoice included • Inspection is completed within 2 business days of receipt. • If rejected, the product is returned to the customer at their cost. STEP 5: Refund Processing If the product passes inspection, a refund for the product value is processed to the original payment method. STEP 6: Timeline The complete process, from initiation to refund, is completed within 7–10 working days, barring delays.
The Customer shall ensure that any product being returned to Culture Circle for the purpose of exchange is: • In unused condition • Free from stains, damage, or any signs of wear or tampering • Accompanied by all original tags • Returned in secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit Proof of Condition and Unboxing Video: To substantiate claims of product damage, or incorrect delivery, Culture Circle, at its discretion, may request the Customer to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened from a sealed state, with the product, invoice, and tags visibly identifiable. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT FAILS TO MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. SUCH PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN COST, WITHOUT ISSUANCE OF REFUND.
Culture Circle adopts a transparent exchange model in which refunds are not issued in cash and only in the original mode of payment. • Under no circumstances shall Culture Circle provide refunds in the form of cash, digital wallet credit, card reversal and only through NEFT or original payment method. • All shipping charges paid at the time of the original order are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of whether the exchange was requested due to size, dissatisfaction, or defect. • Culture Circle expressly reserves the right to deny or reject any exchange request if the returned product fails to meet the eligibility criteria or violates the non-eligibility conditions. In the event that an approved size exchange cannot be completed due to product unavailability, logistical limitations, or any other reason attributable to the Company, the Customer shall be issued a full refund equivalent to the product price originally paid. The exchange fee (₹1000) and any additional price difference paid by the Customer at the time of exchange shall also be refunded in full.
• Order Processing: All new orders placed on the official Culture Circle website or authorized platforms are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. • Inspection of Returned Products: Upon receipt of the returned product at the designated Culture Circle address, the Company will conduct a thorough inspection to verify compliance with all eligibility criteria. The inspection process shall be completed within a maximum of two business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. • Refund Processing: Upon successful completion of the inspection and approval of the returned product, Culture Circle shall issue a refund equivalent to the value of the returned product (excluding shipping charges). The refund will be delivered to the customer's original payment within three business days following the completion of the inspection process. • Overall Exchange Timeline: Culture Circle endeavours to complete the entire exchange process, from initiation to issuance of the refund, within a period of seven (7) to ten (10) working days, provided that all steps are completed promptly by the customer and there are no unforeseen delays.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Culture Circle is committed to providing a transparent, fair, and timely mechanism for the redressal of customer grievances. Acknowledgement and Resolution Timelines: • All grievances received by the Grievance Redressal Officer shall be acknowledged in writing (via email) within forty-eight hours of receipt. • The Company endeavours to resolve all grievances within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the complaint, subject to the complexity of the issue and the completeness of information provided by the customer.
This Refund & Exchange Policy and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree that the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana (or such other city as may be notified as the principal place of business of Culture Circle) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Policy, the transactions contemplated herein, or any matters incidental thereto. Customers expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue or the convenience of forum.
Culture Circle reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Exchange Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice to customers. Any such amendment, modification, or update shall take effect immediately upon being posted or updated on the official Culture Circle website, unless otherwise specified. Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically to ensure awareness of any changes. In the event of any material or significant changes to the Policy that may affect customer rights or obligations, Culture Circle will endeavour to notify customers through appropriate means, including but not limited to email notifications or prominent website banners. Continued use of the Culture Circle website or services after the effective date of any amendments shall constitute acceptance of those changes. THE LATEST VERSION OF THIS POLICY, AS PUBLISHED ON THE OFFICIAL CULTURE CIRCLE WEBSITE, SHALL PREVAIL IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT OR INCONSISTENCY WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION.
By placing an order on the official Culture Circle website or through any authorized sales channel, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund & Exchange Policy. The act of purchase and/or use of Culture Circle's products and services shall be deemed as explicit acceptance of this Policy in its entirety, including all amendments, updates, and annexures as may be published from time to time. If the Customer does not agree with any provision of this Policy, they are advised not to proceed with the purchase. This Refund & Exchange Policy is effective as of September 1st, 2025 and shall remain in force until amended or withdrawn by the Company. It supersedes all prior customer-facing policies, communications, or representations, whether oral or written, concerning the subject matter addressed herein.
