All UAE Orders are FINAL SALE — except where the item arrives: (a) damaged in transit; (b) materially different from the Order placed; or (c) failing Culture Circle authenticity verification. Eligible cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence and an unboxing video. Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns are NOT offered for UAE Orders in v1. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights of the UAE Customer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any successor regulation.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases: a) DAMAGED IN TRANSIT — the parcel or product arrives in a visibly damaged, broken, or tampered condition. b) WRONG OR MATERIALLY DIFFERENT ITEM — the item delivered is not the item ordered, or differs materially from its description on the product page. c) AUTHENTICITY DISPUTE — the item fails Culture Circle's authenticity verification process upon a re-verification request. The product must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases: a) Change of mind, including incorrect colour or style preference. b) Wrong size ordered by the UAE Customer. c) Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or otherwise damaged after delivery. d) Items returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice. e) Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery. f) Customs delays or extended delivery times — these are not return reasons; the Shipping Policy ETA disclaimer applies. g) Reports unsupported by photographic evidence and an unboxing video. Size exchanges are not offered for UAE Orders.
To initiate an eligible return: STEP 1 — Within 48 hours of delivery, email customersupport@culture-circle.com with: a) Order number; b) Reason for return (damaged / wrong item / authenticity); c) Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage; d) An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from a sealed state, with the product, tags, and invoice clearly visible. STEP 2 — The Culture Circle support team will review and respond within 5 business days, with approval or rejection. Additional information may be requested. STEP 3 — If approved, Culture Circle will arrange and pay for return shipping from the UAE address back to India through ShipGlobal. The UAE Customer is not required to bear return-shipping cost in eligible cases. STEP 4 — Upon receipt in India, the item is inspected within 5 business days against the eligibility criteria and the photographic evidence supplied. STEP 5 — If the inspection confirms eligibility, the refund is initiated as set out in clause 4.
a) Refunds are processed by Razorpay International back to the original payment instrument in AED — the same currency in which the Order was charged. b) The refund amount equals the AED amount originally paid, less any non-refundable items as set out below. c) Where UAE customs duty was paid at import (see Customs & Duties Disclosure at /ae/customs-duties), the duty amount is non-refundable. The refund will be the Landed Cost minus the customs duty paid, if any. d) Foreign-transaction fees previously charged by the UAE Customer's card-issuing bank are not refundable by Culture Circle. e) Refund timeline: 7–14 business days from inspection-confirmation, plus the issuing bank's settlement period (3–7 days). f) Refunds in cash, store credit, or alternative payment methods are not offered for UAE Orders.
Size exchanges are not offered for UAE Orders in v1, due to the operational constraints of cross-border reverse logistics. The UAE Customer should consult the size guide on each product page carefully before placing an Order.
This Returns Policy does not exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights of the UAE Customer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, including the right to a refund, replacement, or repair of defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods. Where any term of this Returns Policy is found to be in conflict with such non-waivable statutory rights, the statutory right prevails to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of this policy remains in force.
